District Sports
This term, children from Years 3-6 represented Belmore at HHPSSA District Sports at Hillingdon Athletics Track. Children showed great skills in honesty, teamwork, commitment, having respect for others and understanding rules.
In what was a very competitive event, our athletes all performed extremely well in warm conditions. It was also fantastic to see all of our children demonstrating such great support for each other and showing good sportsmanship throughout the competition. The children took part in various athletic sports such as competitive races, standing long jumping and throwing a vortex. Harley, Year 3, was the medallist of the day and sprinted across the tracks and won the 50m Sprint. Well done Harley, we are all so proud of you! In addition, well done to all of our fantastic athletes, you all did so well.
