Dear Parents and Carers,
We would like to offer you a warm welcome to Belmore Primary Academy Nursery. Our aim is to make the transition into Nursery run as smoothly as possible.
We will be holding an Open Morning on Monday 3rd July for children who have applied for a Nursery place and are on the waiting list. This is where families are welcome to visit Nursery with their child. We will be holding two sessions, so please check your session time on the letter which you should have received in the post, which will confirm your session time.
Prior to your visit, please make sure you complete the Nursery Parent Questionnaire to allow us to get to know your child. Complete an up-to-date Pupil Parent Contact Form and if you think your child may be eligible for Access to Premium Funding please apply by clicking on this link.
Please ensure you complete these forms or this may prevent your child from getting a Nursery place. You MUST provide an email address to receive further information.
All online forms must be completed by Friday 23rd June.
We will also be conducting Home Visits the week beginning Monday 17 July. You will receive your date and time via email once you have completed all the online forms. We will then confirm whether your child has a Nursery place once home visits have been completed.
