PTA Spooktacular Disco

Dear Parent/Carer,

We are excited to announce the first PTA event of the year in the form of the ‘Spooktacular Autumn Disco!’

The disco will be held on Friday 20 October from 3.45 – 5.15pm for Years 1-3 in the KS1 Hall and for Years 4-6 in the KS2 Hall.

Tickets are limited due to the hall capacities, so we are, therefore, only able to host 90 spaces in both halls for each disco - a total of 180 tickets will be available to purchase. Ticket purchases will be on a first come, first served basis.

Payment for the disco will cost £5 per ticket and can be made on ParentPay from Wednesday 11 October. Once payment is received, a ticket will be issued by the class teacher ahead of the disco date. Ticket sales on ParentPay will close on Tuesday 17 October. If you require any support or assistance with ParentPay, please contact the Finance Department.

Included in the cost of the ticket is entry to the disco, dancing and entertainment provided by a local DJ with snacks and drinks, a souvenir photo from our spooktacular photo booth and a Halloween goody cone! 

Please do not lose the ticket as your child will need to hand these over as they are registered just before the disco.

On the day, please send your child into school in the morning with their Halloween costume in an additional bag and provide them with a sensible snack. Teachers will hold onto the children attending the disco at the end of the day and they will get changed in their classrooms before heading to the disco. Your child can be collected from their usual classroom at 5.15pm where their class teacher will be dismissing.  

There will be a used costume sale held prior to the disco, for any parents wishing to buy a costume for their child to wear. All proceeds will go towards PTA fundraising. More details on dates/times will be provided by the school in due course.
